We help organisations and teams achieve higher effectiveness through problem solving and improvement initiatives. Driven by the client’s strategic goals, we assess the current state, identify root causes, design improvement initiatives, and guide execution through training and coaching.
We provide end-to-end guidance during Lean-Agile transformations. With a combination of facilitating, mentoring, consulting and teaching, we help with setting up roles, processes, artefacts and tools. Concretely, this means we coach the composition of Agile teams, help you define stories and backlogs, lead-and-observe Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, and help plan and execute the initial iterations. Our coaching methodology always takes the human aspect of change into account.
We help to make cultural and behavior changes through mentoring, facilitation, coaching and problem solving. Culture mapping, goal alignment, Lean leadership, employee engagement, relentless improvement and learning & development are central themes.
We help implement a Shift Left Testing approach in order to enable true agility: make testing part of the Definition of Done, create earlier and shorter test cycles, and share ownerships of test planning, coverage and automation between all members of the Agile team. Development unit testing is particularly covered as an enabler of this approach.
We lead Lean-Agile transformations in medium and large-scale organisations including Lean and Agile business-engineering alignment and program-level coordination of multiple teams. We customise and implement scaling frameworks (SAFe, Tribes/Squads and hybrids), and help create organisation structures and cultural shifts that support this.
We lead DevOps transformations of processes, technology/tools and culture/collaboration in order to achieve a Continuous Delivery pipeline. Based on a roadmap with strategic objectives and key metrics, we coach architecture innovation, collaboration in organisation and process, test and deployment automation, and DevOps tool chains.
Based on an assessment and/or workshop-based creation of strategic objectives, we propose meaningful KPIs and metrics that monitor progress and enable a healthy culture for performance. We conduct systematic retrospectives in order to ensure that teams can learn and improve. Based on evaluation data we propose actions and guide teams in achieving the improvements.
We are specialists in configuring, coaching and optimising Atlassian Jira & Confluence and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile multi-project/multi-team usage. We fit the tools to your Agile framework or methods, set up projects and teams, create the optimal work item hierarchies and fields, configure and automate UI steps, and design dashboard and metrics reports.
